It was an atmosphere full of laughter as Methodist Pry School in Ewu ward of Oshodi-Isolo local government had their inter-house sport event. The competition which cut across different categories of games amongst the pupils had in attendance people from all works of life.
Purple house, which was sponsored by Hon. Mayowa Alakija however performed excellently well across all the categories of the sporting activities. Hon. Mayowi
a however rejoiced with the pupils and also encouraged them to face their studies, to be a good ambassador of their families and society at large. r
In additio M utm ousehouse sport, he also promised to continue giving his best towards the development of education and well-being of the pupils. He noted that "seeing these pupils today brought back memories of when we used to have this kind of sporting activities in my school. I am happy to be part of this event and to have contributed in my little way to the success. I am equally proud of my house: the purple house, for such sterling performance."
He concluded that "private individuals should partner with the government in ensuring that our schools are conducive for our children. Other noted personalities at the event include Hon. Ige Adega, honourable Councilor representing Ewu ward. She also sponsored Pink House. Hon. Keshiro Emmanuel, Hon. Gideon Balogun, Amb. Gbenga Akinwunmi, to mention but a few.
